I would like to address some concerns that I have fielded recently. The question is, what will happen if I decide to sell my lot, number 1? In the unlikely event that I sell my house and lot, the orchard and adjacent garden will be deeded to the neighborhood association. That will be written into the neighborhood association agreements and it will be legally binding. In the event of my death, my nephew Mick Danielson, will inherit my property. His property is adjacent to the project, near lot 10. He and his wife Dana, will be joining the neighborhood association, expanding our total acreage by 2.87 acres. After inheriting my lot, he would be bound by the neighborhood association laws. I hope this information allays any and all concerns regarding the orchard and garden. thanks. Michael Maddox
